120 min Coaching Session w/ Amity

If you are pregnant or parenting a child under the age of 3 and feeling stuck in some aspect of your life I'm here to help you feel connected again. To yourself, kiddo, or parenting partner. 


Depending on your situation our session might include:

  • Storytelling
  • Education
  • Movement
  • Mindfulness 
  • Art
  • Supported Dialog 

Who are these sessions for?

I work with individuals and couples.

If you are coming to me for help with your relationship, it's important for you to know that I only work with parents who want to be in a positive relationship and feel like they need a tune up to get back on the same page. 

This is not therapy and I am not going to dive into your past experiences or fix all of your problems.

I will:

  • Help you identify your emotions and validate them.
  • Provide education in regards to birth, parenting, and relationships.
  • Point out dysfunction and talk directly about behavior that might be harmful. 
  • Celebrate the good things that you are doing!! 
  • Honor your family values and let them lead the session. 

This work is about YOUR family values.

How it works.

Pay here and I'll reach out to you by email to schedule your session when it is best for you. (Evenings and weekends available.)

You tell me what you want to achieve and I'll do my best to whip up some magic to make it happen. 

Please note that sometimes the sessions drive a bit long. To be safe plan for a full two hours and if we end early you can go take a rest.
